Refund & Return Policy

At Broun Suga Co., every fragrance is prepared with care in small batches. Because fragrance is a personal-use cosmetic product, there are some limitations on what we can accept for return.

Opened or Used Products

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fragrance products that have been opened or used.

Fragrance is also highly personal, and how a scent smells and develops can vary from person to person. For that reason, fragrance preference alone is not eligible for a refund once a product has been opened or used.

We offer samples of every Broun Suga Co. fragrance and strongly encourage sampling before committing to a full-size bottle.

Unopened Products

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at Jarek@bsugared.com before returning anything.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Shipping isn't always gentle, and occasionally something can go wrong along the way.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at Jarek@bsugared.com.

Please include your order number and, when possible, photographs showing the issue. This helps us understand what happened and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Samples

Buying fragrance online can be difficult when you can't smell it first.

Samples are available for Broun Suga Co. fragrances so you can experience a scent on your own skin before purchasing a full-size bottle. We strongly recommend sampling whenever you are unsure whether a fragrance will work for you.
