What about the returns policy?
Our products are bottled to order and made special just for you. As such, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns. However, we do offer samples and decants of all our fragrances. Please try a sample before purchasing a full size. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at Jarek@bsugared.com.
What about shipping?
Because our fragrances are alcohol-based, we can only ship our perfumes via ground service. All of our other products ship via USPS Priority Mail. Every product ordered is handmade just for you when your order is placed; therefore, depending on the complexity of your order, it could take between 3 and 10 days for your order to ship. Our business days are Monday through Friday. If you place your order on the weekend, it will be processed the following business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free within the United States. For international orders, please contact us for rates. (We offer oil-based versions of our fragrances for international shipping.) Perfume oils are based on fractionated coconut oil and are available only in 60 ml sizes.
How long will it take?
Orders are shipped from Oakland, CA. Once shipped, they may take 7-14 days to receive. Please contact us for international shipping times.
